Certification overview:

  • Includes four one-to-one coaching sessions (one hour duration) with one of the Tougher Minds team and co-creator of the ‘Master Habit Mechanic’ course via video conferencing or in-person.
  • Start with an onboarding session to ensure the program delivers your objectives precisely.
  • Complete the training over a bespoke period of time that works best for you.
  • A popular time-frame to complete the training is over 15 weeks. This is a commitment of 1 hour per week (plus 5 minutes daily reflection)
  • You will learn scientific secrets to build more helpful habits for life and work.
  • You will gain life-long access to indispensable easy to use online tools for resilience, wellbeing, and personal performance via the Me Power® training programme.
  • Comprehensive exit interview to confirm your Master Habit Mechanic skills and become certified.

In your four one-to-one coaching sessions, we will work with you to develop your Habit Mechanic skills using our simple and science-based three step process:
STEP ONE - Identify your Vital Habit Mechanic Habits
We will work with you to identify the vital Habit Mechanic behaviours you need to strengthen and develop in order to help yourself to be your best. The types of habits people typically need to strengthen and improve in order to succeed are connected to the following: improving diet, exercise and sleep for better brain performance; better stress management; spending less time thinking unhelpful thoughts; better performance under pressure; improved productivity to drive creativity and innovation and building and maintaining robust levels of confidence.
STEP TWO - Learn the knowledge & skills to build your Vital Habit Mechanic Habits
We will work with you, to help you acquire the knowledge and skills needed to build and strengthen these vital habits.
STEP THREE - Create a habit programme to secure your new habits
We will help you apply the Tougher Minds proprietary 9 Action Factors change model, and the 200-plus behaviour change rules that power it, to help you create bespoke habit building plans. This will make it easier for you to build sustainable new Habit Mechanic habits, and for you to being helping others to be their best.
