Nine factors you need to supercharge performance and wellbeing

Dr. Jon Finn talks us through a recent article he wrote for Forbes magazine in which he explains how traditional approaches to performance coaching for business (and other contexts) were not developed using insights about how our brains actually work.

Hence, these approaches fail to recognise the pivotal role played by habits. And Dr. Finn goes on to explain how – to be successful – any coaching must incorporate this insight.

He also gives a practical explanation of the nine factors that drive what we think and do and how to get these factors working in our favour, to change our behaviour, so we can give our best performance everyday.

Dr Finn also shares some fascinating stories and experiences including one about a coach of an elite national sporting team.
