How to plan to have a GREAT WEEK – three-simple steps
Step 1
The A.P.E Brain Test
To begin, please take the A.P.E Brain Test to understand how to stop your A.P.E. Brain from undermining your success. You can do that here.
Step 2
Reflect at the end of the week
Start by reflecting on any goals you set yourself at the beginning of the week.
Then reflect on your diet, exercise and sleep during the last seven days. Write down a score out of 10 for the overall effort you put into successfully managing this. A score of 10 means that you gave your best efforts.
Next please consider your A.P.E. Brain. Write down a score out of 10 for the overall effort you put into successfully managing your A.P.E. Brain, during the last seven days. Again, a score of 10 means that you gave your best.
For the final part of the reflection, write down a score out of 10 for the overall effort you put into being your best in the last seven days.
Now please spend two or three minutes writing down what you have learned about yourself in the last seven days and what you can do to be even better next week.
Step 3
Set your goals for the week ahead
To improve your focus, productivity and happiness in the week ahead, please reflect on the goals you have for this month and the major long-term goals for the year and beyond (or do we just say F.A.M story and/or link to it?).
Next, please spend a few minutes writing down between three to five things that you need to prioritise to help you feel good about yourself at the end of the week.
